ITST BIG (Business Integration Gateway) Interface Migration
Following on from the creation of the new BIG Platform Service (see previous projects), this major project was tasked with the migration of all interfaces (FTP/MQ/ESB) that flowed through the BIG Platform (over 1400 distinct interfaces and hundreds of different internal and external consuming applications and differing technologies).

Acting as PM and Supplier Integrator, with over 100 people in the project team, across multiple suppliers this project had to deliver an incredibly demanding scope against an immovable deadline, which it successfully achieved. This was a key enabler to the overall success of the ITST Programme (one of the largest service transition programmes of its kind in Europe). -

ITST Business Integration Gateway (BIG) Platform Service
The primary objective for this project was to provide a replacement Business Integration Gateway solution hosted with our new partners, as part of a major IT Service Transition programme (ITST), one of the largest migrations programmes of its kind in Europe.
